We have 2 factories. The old one is in Wenzhou (165 employees) and the new one is in Yingtan (280 employees), about 3 hours by high-speed railway from Wenzhou.

Our main products are acetate, combi, and metal frames. We also have titanium and injection production lines. We can produce 7 million units per year.

Yes, we have the BSCI audit, and some customers require periodic audits.

We have 9 In-House Designers+2 External Design Studios The team designs about 800 new models each year.

What products do you have?
Our main products are acetate and metal frames. We also have two production lines for PC and titanium.

Who' s spring hinge do you use?
We mainly use Huajiang and Dayongfa spring hinges. For high-end products, we use OBE and COMOTEC spring hinges.

What' s the difference between your high-line and mid-line products?
The differences are in raw materials (aligned with the top 7 systems), production processes, labor hours (such as the tumbling time for acetate frames), and inspection standards.

Do you do any in-house testing?
We have our own lab where we conduct tests such as dimension checks and spring hinge oscillation tests. We also collaborate with QIMAI, GSG, and INTERTEC for tests on lead, chromium, nickel, and other materials.

For acetate frames, how many hours of tumbling do you use?
Our standard is 72 hours, with three phases: initial tumbling, mid-tumbling, and fine tumbling.
